This canvas has had numerous bursts of colour added to it using graffiti spray paint.
The spray paint has not been sprayed directly on to the canvas. I use my own original techniques to apply the paint to the canvas which gives every colour a chance to look different from another colour.
I prefer using spray paint over acrylic paint due to the longevity and brightness of the colours and how quickly the paint dries.
In this painting, I have chosen to use one super bright fluorescent colour, “shock pink”. Under ultraviolet or LED light, this will really make the painting pop and change its look.
